[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ informed him that there was something between the Banu Amr ibn Awf and he went out to reconcile between them. He mentioned the Hadith until he said: "O people, what is wrong with you that when something happens to you during the prayer, you start clapping? Clapping is only for women. Whoever is disturbed during his prayer should say Subhan Allah. No one hears him when he says Subhan Allah except that he turns towards him."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ شَيْءٌ فَخَرَجَ يُصْلِحُ بَيْنَهُمْ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ فَقَالَ يَأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا نَابَكُمْ شَيْءٌ فِي الصَّلَاةِ أَخَذْتُمْ فِي التَّصْفِيقِ إِنَّمَا التَّصْفِيقُ لِلنِّسَاءِ مَنْ نَابَهُ شَيْءٌ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَسْمَعُهُ أَحَدٌ حِينَ يَقُولُ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ إِلَّا الْتَفَتَ
