[Machine] That he not eat food until the sun rises and pray two rak'ahs for Allah, and it is narrated from Malik ibn Anas that he said, "I caught up with people and their conversation before the sun rose, and they only intended what does not concern them, and with Allah is success. And after the dawn has risen..."  

البيهقي:٣٠٣٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ كَانُوا يَسْتَحِبُّونَ لِلرَّجُلِ إِذَا صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ

أَنْ لَا يَطْعَمَ طَعَامًا حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَيُصَلِّيَ لِلَّهِ ﷻ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَدْرَكْتُ النَّاسَ وَمَا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَإِنَّمَا أَرَادَ فِيمَا لَا يَعْنِيهِمْ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ
