البيهقي:٣٠٢١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَرْبٍ الطَّائِيُّ قَالَ ثنا أَبُو جَدِّي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ هُوَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا صَلَّى يَعْنِي الصُّبْحَ جَلَسَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ وَكِيعٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَزَادَ فِيهِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ حَسَنًا وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ وَزَادَ فِيهِ فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ قَامَ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ حَسَنًا
