[Machine] When we used to pray with the Prophet, ﷺ , one of us would place the edge of the garment in the place of prostration because of the intensity of the heat.  

البيهقي:٢٦٦٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْبِسْطَامِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ ثنا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ حَدَّثَنِي غَالِبٌ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا إِذَا صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَيَضَعُ أَحَدُنَا طَرَفَ الثَّوْبِ مِنْ شِدَّةِ الْحَرِّ مَكَانَ السُّجُودِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِقَرِيبٍ مِنْ هَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ
