[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray Dhuhr with us when the sun started to decline and if you had placed a leather pad during Ramadan, it would have been cooked. He used to prolong the first unit of Dhuhr prayer while standing, as long as he could hear the footsteps of the people's sandals, then he would make the second unit shorter than the first, the third shorter than the second, and the fourth shorter than the third. He used to pray Asr with us for the distance a horse can travel in two or three farsakhs. He used to prolong the first unit of Asr prayer and make the second unit shorter than the first, the third shorter than the second, and the fourth shorter than the third. He used to pray Maghrib with us when someone would say, "The sun has set," and someone else would say, "It has not set." He used to prolong the first unit of Maghrib prayer and make the second unit shorter than the first, the third shorter than the second, and the fourth shorter than the third. He used to delay the final unit of Isha prayer for a while.  

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي بِنَا الظُّهْرَ حِينَ تَزُولُ الشَّمْسُ وَلَوْ جَعَلْتَ جَنَبًا فِي الرَّمْضَاءِ لَأَنْضَجَتْهُ وَكَانَ يُطِيلُ الرَّكْعَةَ الْأُولَى مِنَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَا يَزَالُ يَقْرَأُ قَائِمًا مَا دَامَ يَسْمَعُ خَفْقَ نِعَالِ الْقَوْمِ وَيَجْعَلُ الرَّكْعَةَ الثَّانِيَةَ أَقْصَرَ مِنَ الْأُولَى وَالثَّالِثَةَ أَقْصَرَ مِنَ الثَّانِيَةِ وَالرَّابِعَةَ أَقْصَرَ مِنَ الثَّالِثَةِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي بِنَا الْعَصْرَ قَدْرَ مَا يَسِيرُ السَّائِرُ فَرْسَخَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً وَكَانَ يُطِيلُ الرَّكْعَةَ الْأُولَى مِنَ الْعَصْرِ وَالثَّانِيَةُ أَقْصَرُ مِنَ الْأُولَى وَالثَّالِثَةُ أَقْصَرُ مِنَ الثَّانِيَةِ وَالرَّابِعَةُ أَقْصَرُ مِنَ الثَّالِثَةِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ حِينَ يَقُولُ الْقَائِلُ غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَقَائِلٌ يَقُولُ لَمْ تَغْرُبْ وَكَانَ يُطِيلُ الرَّكْعَةَ الْأُولَى مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالثَّانِيَةُ أَقْصَرُ مِنَ الْأُولَى وَالثَّالِثَةُ أَقْصَرُ مِنَ الثَّانِيَةِ وَكَانَ يُؤَخِّرُ الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ شَيْئًا
