[Machine] I heard Abu Humaid Al-Sa'idi speak about ten companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , including Abu Qatadah Al-Harith bin Rib'i. Abu Humaid said that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up for prayer, he would raise his hands until they reached his shoulders. Then he would say the takbir (Allahu Akbar) and mention the rest of the hadith. He described how the Prophet ﷺ would raise his hands during the bowing and when raising his head from it. And when he stood up from the two prostrations, he would say in each position until his hands reached his shoulders, and this is also mentioned in a narration by Ali bin Abi Talib from the Prophet ﷺ .
