[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , one night until he spoke extensively. Then we returned to our people. When we woke up in the morning, we went to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and he said, "The prophets and their followers from their nations were presented to me." And he mentioned the hadith in its entirety.
كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ حَتَّى أَكْثَرَ بِالْحَدِيثِ ثُمَّ رَجَعْنَا إِلَى أَهْلِنَا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحْنَا غَدَوْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمِ عُرِضَ عَلَيَّ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ بِأُمَمِهَا وَأَتْبَاعِهَا مِنْ أُمَمِهَا وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ
