البيهقي:٢١٢٦٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَضَى فِي رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا رَجُلًا لَا يَدْرِي أَيُّهُمَا أَبُوهُ فَقَالَ

عُمَرُ ؓ لِلرَّجُلِ اتْبَعْ أَيَّهُمَا شِئْتَ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ مَوْصُولٌ
