bayhaqi:2031Muḥammad b. Abū ʿAdī > Yūnus > al-Ḥasan

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Mu'adhdhins are the trustees of the Muslims regarding their prayers and needs or their needs. This permission has been conveyed by Yunus from Al-Hasan from Jabir, but it is not preserved. It has also been narrated regarding this from Abu Umamah."  

البيهقي:٢٠٣١وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُؤَذِّنُونَ أُمَنَاءُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِمْ وَحَاجَتِهِمْ أَوْ حَاجَاتِهِمْ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ إِجَازَةُ ذَلِكَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَلَيْسَ بِمَحْفُوظٍ وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ
