[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the right is based on the intention of the one who takes an oath."  

البيهقي:٢٠٠٣٥ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهِ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ فِي رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ مَالَهُ فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ صَدَقَةً؟ قَالَتْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
