البيهقي:١٩٦٩٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ الْبَغْدَادِيِّ الْهَرَوِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ مُعَاذُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنِي مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ قَالَ

إِنِّي لِآكُلُ الطِّحَالَ وَمَا بِي إِلَيْهِ حَاجَةٌ إِلَّا لِيَعْلَمَ أَهْلِي أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
