[Machine] A man should not be on a piece of land where there is water or clean land and then call for prayer and establish it, then pray. In the hadith of Abu Al-Abbas, the one who establishes it is either blind or the servants of Allah who cannot see its borders, or he said its edges, Shakkat Al-Taymi.
لَا يَكُونُ رَجُلٌ بِأَرْضِ فَيْءٍ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ أَوْ يَتَيَمَّمُ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَيُنَادِي بِالصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ يُقِيمُهَا فَيُصَلِّي وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ فَيُقِيمُهَا إِلَّا أَمَّ مِنْ جُنُودِ اللهِ مَنْ لَا يُرَى قُطْرَاهُ أَوْ قَالَ طَرَفَاهُ شَكَّ التَّيْمِيُّ
