[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to Kisra and Caesar, and to every oppressive ruler, inviting them to Allah.  

البيهقي:١٨٢٣١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى يَعْنِي الذُّهْلِيَّ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ قَالَا ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى كِسْرَى وَقَيْصَرَ وَإِلَى كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى اللهِ ﷻ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيِّ
