[Machine] They closed the door behind him and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him. He said, "That was not his doing, for we have granted safety to those you have granted safety and rewarded those you have rewarded."  

البيهقي:١٨١٧٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُقْرِئُ وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارُ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُرَّةَ مَوْلَى عَقِيلِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ ؓ قَالَتْ أَجَرْتُ حَمْوَيْنِ لِي مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَدَخَلَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فَتَفَلَّتَ عَلَيْهِمَا لِيَقْتُلَهُمَا وَقَالَ لِمَ تُجِيرِي الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَالَتْ وَاللهِ لَا تَقْتُلُهُمَا حَتَّى تَبْدَأَ بِي قَبْلَهُمَا فَخَرَجَتْ وَقَالَتْ

أَغْلِقُوا دُونَهُ الْبَابَ وَذَهَبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ فَقَالَ مَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ وَقَدْ أَمَّنَّا مَنْ أَمَّنْتِ وَأَجَرْنَا مَنْ أَجَرْتِ
