[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to prefer to stay with a people for three nights if he overcame them.  

البيهقي:١٨٠١٦حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً وَقِرَاءَةً أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ؓ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا غَلَبَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُقِيمَ بِعَرْصَتِهِمْ ثَلَاثًا  

أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ رَوْحٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَتَابَعَهُ مُعَاذٌ
