البيهقي:١٧٩٧١ – فَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا حَفْصٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الزُّهَرِيِّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ غَزَا بِنَاسٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ فَأَسْهَمَ لَهُمْ فَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَالْحَدِيثُ الْمُنْقَطِعُ عِنْدَنَا لَا يَكُونُ حُجَّةً قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَرَوَى الْوَاقِدِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ عَنْ فُطَيْرٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِعَشَرَةٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ مِنْ يَهُودِ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى خَيْبَرَ فَأَسْهَمَ لَهُمْ كَسُهْمَانِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ
