[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is sufficient for a believer to be sinful if he withholds the livelihood of someone who is under his authority."  

البيهقي:١٥٧٧٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي الرُّطَيْلِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبْجَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَرْمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبْجَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو إِذْ جَاءَ قَهْرَمَانٌ لَهُ فَدَخَلَ فَقَالَ أَعْطَيْتَ الرَّقِيقَ قُوتَهُمْ؟ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَانْطَلِقْ وَأَعْطِهِمْ

وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَفَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِ إِثْمًا أَنْ يَحْبِسَ عِنْدَهُ عَمَّنْ يَمْلِكُ قُوتَهُ
