[Machine] The free man married the slave woman so he is the divorce of the slave woman. It is like the one who owns the dead person and eats from it what he is forced to, then if he becomes independent of it, he should restrain himself. We only say what has been narrated to us about that from Ali and Jabir ibn Abdullah. And with Allah is the success.  

البيهقي:١٤٠٠٩وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ إِذَا

تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرُّ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فَهُوَ طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ هُوَ كَصَاحِبِ الْمَيْتَةِ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا مَا اضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهَا فَإِذَا اسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْ نَحْنُ إِنَّمَا نَقُولُ بِمَا رُوِّينَا فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
