[Machine] The free man married the slave woman so he is the divorce of the slave woman. تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرُّ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فَهُوَ طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ هُوَ كَصَاحِبِ الْمَيْتَةِ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا مَا اضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهَا فَإِذَا اسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْ نَحْنُ إِنَّمَا نَقُولُ بِمَا رُوِّينَا فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
