[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got married while in a state of Ihram. Amru then said, "I narrated the story of Abu Sha'tha'a to Ibn Shihab, and he told me that Yazid ibn Asamm narrated to him that the Prophet ﷺ got married while he was not in a state of Ihram."  

البيهقي:١٣٣٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ

رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ قَالَ عَمْرٌو فَحَدَّثْتُ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ حَدِيثَ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ غَيْرُ مُحْرِمٍ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي غَسَّانَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ دُونَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ أَيْ حَدِيثَ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ قَدْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ فَالرِّوَايَةُ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ فِي نِكَاحِهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَإِنْ صَحَّ أَنَّهُ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ وَقَدْ قَالَ لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ فَحِينَئِذٍ يُتَصَوَّرُ التَّخْصِيصُ
