[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever is given a gift and there are other people present, they are partners in it." And it was narrated from another perspective by 'Amr, and it has a different interpretation.  

البيهقي:١٢٠٣٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ثنا مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أُهْدِيَتْ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ وَعِنْدَهُ نَاسٌ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِيهَا وَرُوِيَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَفِيهِ نَظَرٌ
