البيهقي:١١٠٦٣ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَاءِ فِي الْقِرَبِ فَقَالَ

هَذَا يَنْزِعُهُ وَيَحْمِلُهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ لَيْسَ كَفَضْلِ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي يَذْهَبُ فِي الْأَرْضِ
