البيهقي:١١٠٣٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الْعَدْلُ بِمَرْوَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَالسِّنَّوْرِ  

أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي السُّنَنِ عَنْ جَمَاعَةٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ دُونَ الْبُخَارِيِّ؛ فَإِنَّ الْبُخَارِيَّ لَا يَحْتَجُّ بِرِوَايَةِ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَلَا بِرِوَايَةِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَلَعَلَّ مُسْلِمًا إِنَّمَا لَمْ يُخْرِجْهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ؛ لِأَنَّ وَكِيعَ بْنَ الْجَرَّاحِ
