[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade the selling of fruits until their goodness becomes apparent. And the selling of wool on the back [of the sheep], or fat in milk, or milk in the udder. 'Umar ibn Farrukh insisted on lifting the prohibition, but he was not strong. Waki' narrated this hadith from him and others narrated it with a different chain of narrators.  

البيهقي:١٠٨٥٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا أَوْ يُبَاعَ صُوفٌ عَلَى ظَهْرٍ أَوْ سَمْنٌ فِي لَبَنٍ أَوْ لَبَنٌ فِي ضَرْعٍ تَفَرَّدَ بِرَفْعِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَقَدْ أَرْسَلَهُ عَنْهُ وَكِيعٌ وَرَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ مَوْقُوفًا
