[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If you send some fruit as a gift to your brother and it is afflicted with a disease, it is not permissible for you to take anything of it. How can you take your brother's property unjustly?
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنْ بِعْتَ مِنْ أَخِيكَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ؟
