I passed by Hishām b. Ḥakīm as he was reciting Sūrat al-Furqān, and ˹the narrator˺ mentioned ˹the rest of the ḥadīth˺ by meaning.  

أحمد:٢٧٨حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيِّ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا عُمَرَ يَقُولُ

مَرَرْتُ بِهِشَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ يَقْرَأُ سُورَةَ الْفُرْقَانِ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
