[Machine] I said to Ibn Umar, "I have relatives in Egypt who make wine from these grapes." He asked, "Has any Muslim done that?" I replied, "Yes." He said, "Do not be like the Jews, who were prohibited from consuming fat so they sold it and ate its price." I asked, "What do you say about a person who takes a bunch of grapes, squeezes it, and drinks its juice?" He said, "There is no harm in that." When I left, he said, "The drinking is only prohibited if it fermented."
