TABARANI 3815: from Ibn ʿAbbās —

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought two roasted lizards, and Khalid ibn al-Walid was with him. The Prophet ﷺ desired to eat them, so it was said to him that they were lizards. He then grabbed them with his hand and Khalid ibn al-Walid said to him, "Is it forbidden, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "No, but they are not found in my people's land, so I find them delicious." Khalid then ate, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was watching him.
