AHMAD 8465: from Abū Hurayrah —
[Machine] I heard Abu Huraira say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to ask about food brought from outside of his household. If it was said to him that it was a gift, he would eat it. But if it was said to him that it was charity, he would say, "Eat," and he wouldn't eat it.

أحمد ٨٤٦٥: عن ابو هريره —
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أُتِيَ بِطَعَامٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ يَسْأَلُ عَنْهُ فَإِنْ قِيلَ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ أَكَلَ وَإِنْ قِيلَ صَدَقَةٌ قَالَ كُلُوا وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ
