AHMAD-ZUHD 1698:
from Rajāʾ b. Ḥaywah —
[Machine] He has been accustomed to his daily routine, and he only took an hour to sleep. I said, "Shouldn't I get up and pour some oil in the lamp?" He said, "No." So he got up and poured some oil into the lamp, then he returned and said, "I got up while I was Umar bin Abdul Aziz, and I came back while I was Umar bin Abdul Aziz. O Raja', it is not appropriate for a man to use his guest."
