When the Prophet ﷺ made supplication (to Allah) he would raise his hands and wipe his face with his hands.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ
